I love to write. I love to pray. I believe the two go together. As the words flow from mind to pen there must be a refreshing moment—that is when the Spirit of God comes in the form of wisdom. It is a refreshing moment! One cannot write fast enough. This is when the power of my friend the Holy Spirit gives word phrases and their ideas—write a few lines, erase a few words, and listen. Listen for that refreshing encouragement that I know will come because I’ve put my thoughts in your thoughts dear Lord.
